"Until the End of Everything" was produced for my (Nathan Blackwell) Directing Class at the Film School at Scottsdale Community College. Production was two days, including a night shoot at the Phoenix Zoo to simulate our South American locales. Unlike some of our "48 hour" movies, it was story boarded and carefully designed to replicate the feel of the 1960's super spy genre. Due to a limited budget (heck, when is it ever NOT limited?), the "casino set" was shot in my living room with a moveable backdrop placed behind the actors. Smoke and moving shadows in the foreground were used create the feel of an active casino.
